Nutrition Counseling

Sally Berry is a nutritionist and dietitian who counsels individuals at her office in Overland Park, Kansas which is located just outside Kansas City, Missouri. Her nutrition focus is wellness, sports nutrition, eating disorders, body image and weight issues.

Assessments include:

• Body composition & hydration levels
• Basal metabolic rate
• Nutritional analysis
• Personal summary to help you plan your daily meals and meet your goals
• Recommendations on nutritional deficiencies or excesses

Nutritionist counseling also provides education on food issues, metabolism, body image, self-care, stress relief, exercise and training plans. Nutrition assessment is one part of your health care team, which may include a trainer, doctor, therapist, or other team members to "fit all the pieces of the health puzzle together" to meet your life goals.

This service is based on your personal goals of body weight, composition, nutrition and fitness level. An insurance receipt will be provided at time of service.

A new online nutrition tracking service is available at Bodyfuel, Inc. Unlike traditional online programs, the Bodyfuel, Inc. online tracking is based on total nutrition, balance and timing and not just ranking calories and fat.

Our Online Nutrition Tracking Service includes:

• Assistance with shopping, meal planning, and special diets
• Progress monitoring with a registered dietitian
• An easy-to-use interactive format created to work around busy schedules
