Types of food, balance and timing can make a difference. Many times we know what to eat… but why can’t we follow through? That’s where Bodyfuel, Inc. can help. The first step is to evaluate your individual needs through a nutritional assessment that includes body composition, metabolic evaluation, and nutrition and medical history. Then we work with you to make changes that work… sometimes a lot of changes and other times minor changes will make a difference. It could be the behavioral aspects, hunger, or getting in tune with your physical body needs.
Don’t expect to change overnight. One way to receive comprehensive services over a time frame is to purchase a package of several appointments. This is the most cost effective way for continued follow up. Bodyfuel offers continuous email feedback with clients. Bodyfuel’s online nutrition tracking for a low monthly fee or as included in packages is a great way to stay on target while gaining knowledge about nutrition.
Bodyfuel, Inc provides ongoing services by internet and phone coaching. Phone coaching packages gives accountability and changes for those traveling or not available for in office counseling. The new interactive nutrition tracking program helps clients make changes in their meal plans and continued accountability.
